When you place a preorder, your spot is reserved for the item.
A preorder does not guarantee the availability of an item on the posted release date.
The preorder item will ship on or after the release date stated on the item description. These dates are subject to change without notice.

3. Preorder Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel your preorder, a cancellation fee of 10% of the value of the preorder item will apply.

4. Online Order Processing Time:
Online orders will typically be processed in approximately 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Canadian holidays).

Free shipping is available for all orders over $200.00 before tax.
Orders over $200.00 may be shipped in multiple shipments but will receive one free shipment for every $100 worth of goods before tax.

3) Flat Rate Shipping

Flat rate shipping of $8.00 applies to all orders between $50.00 and $99.99 before tax.

4) Free In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at our location in Unionville, Ontario.

5) Canada Post Shipping for Orders Under $50.00

Canada Post or Available Couriers shipping rates will apply for all orders, depending on the destination and order size.
The final shipping cost will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order.

6) ADD TO MY BOX
Your box will be eligible for free shipping once the total value of the box exceeds $100 before taxes. Until then, your order will remain in the box and will be shipped once the minimum value is met.
