Preorder Terms and Conditions

1) Release Dates
All release dates are estimates and are subject to change without prior notice. Manufacturers may postpone product releases for reasons including, but not limited to, production delays, licensing issues, shipping disruptions, or insufficient preorder volumes.

2) Manufacturer Sellouts and Cancellations
In rare circumstances, a manufacturer may sell out of a product without providing advance notice. In such cases, we regret that we may be unable to fulfill affected orders. Customers will be notified promptly should this situation occur, and any payments made will be refunded in full.

3) Preorder Cancellations
Customer-initiated cancellations of preorder items are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total value of the preorder item(s). The balance of any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original method of payment, or, upon customer request, may be issued as store credit.

Online Order Processing Time:
Online orders will typically be processed in approximately 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Canadian holidays).

Domestic Shipping Policy

1) One-Time Free Shipping

Available for all orders between $100.00 to $199.99 before tax.
Orders will be shipped in full only after all products in the order have been released, even if some items are in stock while others are not.

2) Free Shipping for Orders Over $200.00

Free shipping is available for all orders over $200.00 before tax.
Orders over $200.00 may be shipped in multiple shipments but will receive one free shipment for every $100 worth of goods before tax.

3) Flat Rate Shipping

Flat rate shipping of $6.00 applies to all orders between $50.00 and $99.99 before tax.

Flat rate shipping of $9.00 applies to all orders under $50.00 before tax.

4) Free In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at our location in Unionville, Ontario.

5) ADD TO MY BOX
Your box will be eligible for free shipping once the total value of the box exceeds $100 before taxes. Until then, your order will remain in the box and will be shipped once the minimum value is met.

USA Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer various shipping options to our customers in the USA. Please review the terms below:

1) One-Time Free Shipping

INTERNATIONAL Shipping Policy
For our international customers, please note the following shipping terms:
