Since its introduction in 2015, the new Hino Blue Ribbon has been used one after another on route buses throughout Japan. This time, we will add the Kanto bus specifications that are active in the western part of the 23 wards of Tokyo and the Tama area.
In addition to the coloring that has been passed down since the 1945's, the window glass and a part of the interior are newly manufactured in order to reproduce the right fuel filler port that is a feature of some Kanto Bus vehicles.
The destination display is Naka 41 system, which connects Egota Station → Maruyama Sales Office → Nakano Station.

This is the second type of TLV-NEO's current blue ribbon. This is the 9th type including Isuzu Erga, a brother car. The left and right side mirrors have also been reproduced with user-installed parts.
